Water Lily Villa

Villa des Nymphéas is built on ten stems, held one meter high with a diameter of forty-five centimeters. The proportion is deliberately narrow: the piece reads like a line rather than a mass. Ten stems leave nothing to hide. Each is placed for its own gesture, and the bouquet is arranged on the day it leaves the shop. Maison René Veyrat has been arranging its flowers at 168 Boulevard Haussmann since 1936.
